Raffael's enthusiasm for electronics since childhood led him to complete a Masters degree in Micro- and Nanoelectronics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, EPFL. Prior to co-founding Octanis Instruments, he designed analog on-chip components for novel RFID products at Swatch Group's EM Microelectronics. He is currently also an engineering coach at the China Hardware Innovation Camp, a university program focusing on user-centered hardware design. Raffael designs, assembles and tests PCBs or writes code for our customer's embedded hardware.
